Pauline was patient, knowledgeable, so helpful, and had no problem dealing with me. (And I'm not easy, glad she didn't charge extra to translate to idiot!) She made the whole process seem so easy, but I know that she was working so much in the background without 1 complaint! I can't wait to utilize her skills again. She's the only person I do/will recommend to anybody who asks me and few who dont!

Very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, passionate and patient. I'm not even close to being smart in this business, but she walked me through and explained everything to me in "Basic English ". I'm still not smart, but she didn't make me feel stupid! Definitely a people person, can't wait utilize her skills once again!
