This was my first experience with James G. Dibbini & Associates, P.C. and I must say that I am impressed with the legal services that were provided by this firm. I worked closely with Michelle Djokovic in a convoluted rent regulated building case with the DHCR. She was very informative, patient with me the entire time, and somehow made me feel comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation. I will make sure to use this firm for any services, issues or questions that I have pertaining to rent regulation in the future and so should you! 5 stars hands down!!

I hired the firm to make an appearance in Westchester County for my office. They did an excellent job in Housing Court. I could not be more pleased with the outcome-my client was please as well. They discussed the matter with me prior, called with updates during the appearance, and resolved the matter on the first day. I would hire them again and again. Great job to Jim and his team at James G. Dibbini & Associates, P.C! Special shout out to Jonathan Di Bari for his work on the case.

I am an attorney with my own practice (not real estate) and a real estate investor. I recently had trouble with a commercial tenant, and for the first time elected to hire an attorney to handle my eviction. I was blown away by the level of professionalism at Dibbini & Associates, P.C. The intake process was seemless, and my case was assigned to Mr. Dibbini's associate, Alex Kulkarni. Alex kept me informed along the way, answered all of my emails almost immediately and explained next steps. I would not even consider hiring another law firm the next time around, and coming from an attorney who runs his own practice - trust me, this type of professionalism is not seem every day. Job well done!

Overall experience was good. The lawyer and paralegal did there functions well. When it came time for trial, Mr. DiBari was able to cut a deal to our advantage avoiding trial the proceeding.

Absolute 5 star experience! I cannot say enough great things about James Dibbini & Associates. Arnelle, Matthew and Kunal answered all my questions in simple language, explained the legal terms I didn't understand, and kept in contact with me every step of the way including when I had to travel out of state. I felt like I was the most important client the way they handled my case.
