After years of searching, we finally found a law firm who is extremely knowledgeable about landlord tenant law. A very small error in a lease can easily cost a landlord tens of thousands of dollars. If I could give -1 I would. This office reinstates and strengthens my beliefs that the work should be required to be done before payment is rendered. I'm sure landlords are ok, but in my case, I feel, tenants/renters be ware of any prepaid services, including, and especially for me, this one.

Erwin at James Dibbini Associates did a great job handling the closing of my home. When ever I had questions (and I had quite a few) Erwin was always avaiiable to either call me and discuss or send an apprioate e-mail. I really liked his availablity and quick responses.. I also had some title issues that needed to be resolved and .....Erwin did a great job in knowing what I needed to do to get it resolved. It got resolved!
