Worked with Matt Aqeel and Noelia Arias on on an eviction case. They handled the matter shiftly (or at least as swiftly as the courts would allow) and we got the desired outcome. Would definitely recommend to any landlord in need of legal representation.

I went to Dibbini & Associates with a rather convoluted Coop Eviction and Ownership matter. At my initial consultation, Mr. Dibbini asked me what I needed from him to start with and I very quickly answered "time". Fortunately, he assigned one of his attorneys, Matthew Aqeel, to my case and I couldn't have been more pleased. The judge granted me the "stays" and extensions of time Matthew requested on my behalf. This was absolutely essential to coordinating the complicated issues involved. Matthew was very professional and was always there to answer my questions. In the end, the other party dropped the case. I never could have seen this happening without the combined expertise of Matthew and Dibbini & Associates. I also want to personally thank Noelia for her role in handling all administrative matters. A great choice for legal help !

It is often impossible to predict the outcome of Landlord-Tenant legal issues. In two separate nuisance cases, Ted Docu of Dibbini Law Firm was instrumental in stopping violations though a 10 Day Notice to Cure he meticulously devised. Legal documents such as this are effective resolutions to end lease violations and restore law and order to apartment communities.
