If you are considering Dibbini and Associates for your property needs, hire them now! Mr. Dibbini immediately went into protective mode when he heard my situation regarding a property being sold. My interests were his priority! I then worked with Lav Patel who was just as protective of my interests. Lav was able to turn legal orders into numbers that appeased all parties involved. Erwin was able to attend closing with me and continue this practice’s custom of protecting their customer’s interests above and beyond all. I cannot thank this firm enough for helping me close and protecting my interests!!!!

I called about 2 weeks ago needing assistance. While they weren't able to represent me since they don't practice what I needed representation in, Hector, the gentleman who took my call gave me guidance and pointed me in the right direction of where I needed to go. Service was courteous enough, but I paid a $5000 retainer for him to stall and bluff the opposing party in my litigation. I also asked them to print out some correspondence for me. When the stall and the bluff didn’t work he told me he didn’t have the “bandwidth” to take on the case and looked to pass me on to someone he knew that would charge me double for a retainer. He’s all smoke and mirrors, a modern day wizard of oz. I paid $5000 for some printouts and a game of chicken, that he lost and subsequently bailed on me.

Mr. Dibbini has been my attorney for years. His entire staff is well informed, professional and courteous. My point of contact Alex Kulkarni is always quick to respond to any new matters or any questions and is patient with any requests. Jonathan DiBari handles most of my cases and is well spoken in court, respected by his piers and the judges and is quick to provide answers and advice.
