I feel compelled to write of my experience with this firm and Kunal Yadav in particular. He inspired confidence and displayed broad knowledge and experience in handling a landlord dispute. A great communicator, he provides assessments of the current situation and gives likely outcomes. His advice is rational and sensitive to the situation. His law clerk, Michelle Djonovic was a great point of contact when Kunal was in court; always accessible and able to update with the latest developments. I recommend them and this firm highly.

My name is Marcus and I recently bought a multifamily home and inherited some tenants from hell!! I hired James G Dibbini & Associates to help me evict them and that's exactly what they did. I would like to personally thank Anandy Germosen and Erwin Vencer for their professionalism and patience.

I was dealing with a an incredibly frustrating scenario. Our house flooded and our landlord said that this was not their responsibility. In fact, they said we were required to bail out the apartment 2x per day and spray bleach to keep mold from growing! I was going crazy worrying about the safey of my family. We needed legal representation. When we hired Jim everything immediately changed. No longer was I on the defensive. This is the man you want in your corner. His aggressive correspondence with our landlord's attorney quickly brought to light that they were being insane. They were desperate to bring this matter to an end before we took them to court and sued they for a significant sum. I thought that with legal fees, getting out of my lease would come at a significant cost. In the end, given what we got out of our landlord, we actually made a little money. They paid us to leave! In addition, it happened at a pace quicker than I could have imagined. Jim is worth the money.

I used the law firm of James G. Dibbini & Associates twice in this past year for both a house sale and condo purchase. The process was an extremely seamless one in both but more so with the condo purchase due the lawyer I worked with through out on it, Mr. Erwin Vencer, Mr. Vencer was very thorough with me in all aspects of the process, always reaching out to me when he had information to share as well as taking the time to answer any questions I might of had along the way. He made the extra effort to fully understand the perimeters of a time line that I had and went out of his way to make sure it happened ahead of schedule. He also was very proactive in looking out for my best interests making recommendations along the way on what I should or should not agree to. Mr. Vencer was very personable and made you feel comfortable immediately.
