Doesn't do his job. I have to call him doesn't make appts when he says. Very unprofessional!

I was put on probation until I paid my fees for riding a atv on the road I paid them immediately and mr Dotson was suppose to take it back to the judge to get me switched to unsupervised probation.I met with him and called multiple times and he never did take it back to the judge so I stayed on supervised probation a year and paid more money. This was over riding a atv on the road I couldn’t imagine a more serious crime. Stay away from this guy!

I hired Mr. Dotson to handle my child support and not only did he not communicate with me, he agreed on my behalf without consulting with me to a settlement that put me almost 10k in arrears on a fraudulent child support claim. I will never recommend his office to anyone.

This is the absolute worse lawyer in randolph county. Tells you what you want to hear then runs with your money. Can't ever get ahold of them. Call and leave message after message. Nothing. No replys or response. Hasnt done a single thing he has told me with my case. Hasnt followed up on any of the papers i wanted to have continued. Hasnt done the job he was hired for. Has literally lead me on with my case for the last year. Called and spoke with him about my case and he acted as if he didnt even know what the case was or what the issues were etc.. I highly recommend that nobody pays him a dime until he has successfully finished your case or what your wanting to accomplish. Take it from me he robbed me of over $1000+ dollars.
