Used this office as our closing attorney for our home. Very quick, simple, and easy and explained everything is terms we could understand.

Very unsatisfactory communication. I was advised that my situation was simple and routine. Mr. Morgan ensure reduction in violation. I ended up paying Mr. Morgan more than my court cost and fines which totaled $490.00 just for him to attend court and plead guilty on my behalf. In conclusion to the court case my paperwork was mailed to the wrong address. If I would have been aware that this was his plan, I woul have gladly represented myself plead guilty and just paid the courts the $490.00. Instead I was left with a expensive lawyer bill and large court costs and fines. I highly recommend that anyone interested in hiring a lawyer do a thorough background check and not donate your money to a law firm with poor work ethics.

Less than a Star. He really didn't do nothing for my case at all.. he had said that my case had been dismissed upon showing proof of insurance and lisence ended up paying 438.. He also was rude and disrespectful. Don't recommend it at all.

Not only is the atmosphere pleasant, the staff, Rhonda and Angela, are efficient and friendly. I am a real estate agent and Ben Morgan was an excellent attorney for my buyer and seller. Throughout the transaction, Angela answered every question quickly enabling me to provide superior service to my clients. Everything went smoothly with the home closing.
