They were awesome. They did everything they told me they could do and more. They stayed in touch and kept me posted on what I needed to do. They had me pay to pay the court rather than the others who charged a high flat rate for everything no matter what the cost is.

I got my first speeding ticket recently at 31 years of age... and was mortified!! It was pretty traumatic for me and no the state trooper had no mercy that day (I am a rule-follower in case you didn't know). Needless to say I was really not up for trying to find an attorney to help me nor calling any of the numbers on the letters I was getting from local attorneys. When I found these guys online, I was thinking it was too good to be true. I literally filled out a form with my ticket info, submitted it, never had to talk to anyone, received a reply with a suggested response/plea and outcome, and backup plea/outcome, and then received the most favorable verdict the same day. It was THAT simple. It so easy and they were super friendly and easy to communicate with via email. I highly recommend them :) I hope I never have to use them again because quite frankly I don't want to ever get a ticket again, but in the case that I do, I'm contacting them. No hidden fees, just a flat fee up front and you pay your own court costs directly to the county after the verdict. Love :)

These folks made initial contact with me via email, as well as following up via snail mail. That point is important; within a week following my citation for a moving vehicle infraction (back in Dec. '17), I received a ton of correspondence from several different area law firms, all purporting to offer me a fix for my pending court visit (for a price, of course). The iTicket.law/Hatley Law site reached me about a month later in mid-January, after I'd had a chance to decide how to proceed; I was skeptical that things would go as easily (and with as little effort on my part) as they told me to expect. Well, they described the possibilities, I produced the single document for them they required -- and I was notified today that my case has been resolved with the best-case outcome... they very simply did what they said they would; nowadays, you just can't beat that.

Easy to hire and correspond with while I was out of the country during my court date. Timely responses on all emails and calls and ended up getting a voluntary dismissal! I even called one of their numbers once (they were busy so I couldn't speak to them) and they called me back ~15 minutes later to check on me and why I had called. Awesome service!!!
