I contacted Ted Besen’s office after receiving a traffic ticket that was going to substantially increase my insurance rates. Kendra, his legal assistant, clearly led me through the process of what I needed to do to get them all pertinent information for my case; she also told me exactly what the fee would be. I did not have to go to court at all. Ted negotiated my charge down to one that did not affect my license or insurance rates. Kendra then contacted me and explained how to pay the court cost and applicable fees and fine online. They made the process simple; I was very pleased.
