When I found myself in need of legal counsel a while ago, I immediately felt defeated. Not knowing where to go was my first issue, but fortunately a friend of mine who had gone through a similar situation referred me to Al. My initial sense of relief was only reinforced by his professionalism and care for clients. He is incredibly thorough, explanatory, and continually reminded me of my options as the case progressed.
There’s no ideal time to need legal counsel, but I would recommend Al for anyone who does.

Messer Law Firm is the best firm in Western, NC. Mr. Messer is empathetic to all of his clients and strives to get the best possible outcome. He shows up in Court and demands attention. You will not find a better attorney in Asheville. He was able to get some very serious charges dismissed for me.
