I hired Al Messer to represent me for my second offense of DWI in a five year period. I felt like I had no chance of taking my case to trial, much less winning it. Al Messer remained calm and cool while my son and I considered jail to be my son's only option and went into 'panic mode'. He walked into the courtroom and presented the facts. Laid out the options to the judge and listened respectfully to the judges questions. In the end, my son did not go to jail due to Al Messer's professional demeanor.
