I recently employed Mr. Messer in regards to a criminal charge that I was facing. He came highly recommended from a neighbor and I must say the recommendation was absolutely spot on. He and his office were highly professional, communicative and most importantly - EFFECTIVE. His representation was excellent, resulting in the outcome I was seeking. Ted is the worst lawyer I have ever encountered...If you want to go to prison he is your guy...He just simply don't care ... during my experience with him he used the term "It didn't Matter" the whole time we used him... He lied...He never took us serious but he took our 5,000 tho... To make a long story short my son ended up with 15 years and a attorney who last words was...It didn't matter it was Mantory anyways ... Warning Do Not use Ted Besen unless you have Time to do Time!!!!!!

Absolutely grateful for Al and Sara! Cannot reccomend this office enough! If you have a court issue they are absolutely the team you need to get you through. They explain everything in detail so you can make the best decision for your situation. This office knows the law and their confidence is yours!

EP. Ted Bensen is a super lawyer and has been great handling 2 legal cases for me. Both times I was amazed and more than pleased how simply and fairly everything was handled. The last being a speeding ticket going 31 mph over. I was very nervous thinking about facing the judge alone not knowing what to do. Ted represented me in court and got the citation handled with a result better than expected. I don’t know how he does it but he’s able to get things done as successfully as he promised. I feel Ted cares for his client and goes the extra mile. I feel lucky and comfortable knowing Ted Bensen is there if I need him. He is definitely the man to call if you ever need help or advise.
