I was from out of town in Asheville and received a speeding violation for going 60 in a 45 zone. I received several letters in the mail from Attorney's after arriving home. After researching Besen Law Firm and showing great reviews I chose this firm to handle my case in court without my presence. They did a great job lowering my violation to a much lesser charge with no points on my drivers license. Highly recommend.

Al Messer in my opinion is the best attorney! My husband had a dwi from over 10 years ago and when it came time to renew his license in Florida where we live he was unable too. We hired Mr. Messer to get back on the court doc. We were hoping and praying that this charge would be dismissed and Mr. Messer made that happen! Sara his paralegal is Awesome! Al Messer was truly a answer to prayers and would recommend him to ANYONE! I wish I could give more then 5 stars, if you are looking for an attorney in western N.C. Mr. Messer is your guy!
