I called the law firm to ask for advice on a about a warrant on an old case that was not even in Buncombe County and without taking on my case, they called up at the magistrates office and got the warrant contained until I could go to court in the other county. It was amazing! I am super grateful that they helped me out without even having an obligation to do so!

I highly recommend Messer Law Firm for any legal representation needs. He and his staff is professional, courteous, and straight forward. Great experience here. I called to inquire and figure out what I needed to submit, then a couple weeks later I called to follow up and the receptionist actually remembered me. When my case was handled they even sent me an email so I didn't have to call to check up on it!

Do you suppose these reviews are being written by Mr. Besen's friends, or maybe just friends of "Karole, his legal assistant?" I was arrested on drug charges during a brief visit to North Carolina. After doing my own research for a lawyer, and receiving numerous referrals to Al Messer, it was clear to me that he was the person for the job. He did an amazing job. I live many states away, and he made it so that I wouldn't have to travel back to North Carolina for court.
