I contacted Messer's firm for a Speeding violation that could have ended on a suspension because the officer wrote that I was doing 85 on a 45. He's explanation was that my tires/rims where custom made therefore He had to add 10 mph per tire. Sara (he's assistant) was awesome to work with, very friendly and very clear in explaining the entire process. Great communication and prompt response to any of my question. Mr. Messer went to court on my behalf and I didn't even have to take any days from work. The case was dismissed in its entirely and I didn't have to pay no court cost. I will definitely recommend Messer's Law firm to anybody searching for a good honest lawyer. I will definitely retain he's services if needed in the future.

Al Messer is the BEST criminal attorney in Western NC. Al is a straight shooter who tells it like it is and his results are unbeatable. I have seen him get not guilty results in more than one case. His assistant, Sara Johnson is always helpful and right there anytime you need anything. This law firm is the one to go to if you ever find yourself in a jam in Western NC.

I got a ticket in the speed trap on I-40. Mr. Besen and the staff were able to handle the ticket. Both the price and service I received was great.

I hired Al Messer to represent me for my second offense of DWI in a five year period. I was absolutely terrified of the consequences of this offense so I wanted to make sure I chose the best lawyer I could possibly find. I asked several friends at the courthouse who they would chose and the vote was unanimous for Al Messer. Mr. Messer lives up to his reputation. Generally I've not had good experiences with lawyers. but Mr. Besen and his office were awesome! First they literately saved my sons life by helping with his legal problems. And on top of that, he handled a traffic ticket for me with remarkable outcomes. If all law offices were even close to being as first class as this one, the opinion people have about lawyers would greatly improve. Many thanks again to Mr. Besen and his staff. I had several traffic charges including driving wo license. I failed my test trying to get them and explained this to Mr. Messer. At court I was nervous thinking I was getting ready to be hit with a big fine and court costs. He told me to give him a minute and left the courtroom. He returned 20 minutes later...they called my name and said DISMISSED!!! I was a little confused then he called me out and told me he got it all dismissed...no fines...no more court dates...a done deal!!!! He's super awesome!!! I highly recommend ...and should I ever face a legal issue again...which I of course don't want to happen..I will definitely be calling him...oh and as an added bonus...he's sooo handsome. Al was realistic with me from the beginning as to what the outcomes of my case could be. He was quick to return calls and always made me feel like everything was under control. In the end, his strategies resulted in a dismissal. Make sure that you talk to Al before moving forward with anyone else.
