Mr. Besen took my case after I was pulled over driving through North Carolina speeding in a work zone and I was driving with a permit! He kept my case open till I got my license and got my ticket dropped to a lesser charge with no points! And I never had to appear in court! He was excellent at his job!

When I first called Mr Messers office for an assault charge I was immediately called back by Mr Messer himself. He was very kind to me on the phone and assured me my case could be dismissed before it even went to trial. He didn’t try to sell me on retaining him but I didn’t want to leave anything to chance. After Retaining Mr Messer he was very diligent in answering any questions I had and even was able to have the victim in the case write and affidavit for the DA to see. The day I had court Mr Messer looked much more professional and confident than any attorney in the room which put some of my nerves at ease right away. My case needed up never going to trial and he had me out of the courtroom by 10 that day.
