I would recommend,David Gantt to anyone! Several years ago,I was hurt at work and David got my workers compensation & my social security disability! I don't know, what I would have done, without David, Lawrel & everyone else, in his office. I have sent him several clients, over the years & they feel the same way, as I do!! They always were very nice to me,they treated me with lots of respect! They are wonderful people! David, will tell you straight out, if he thinks that he can help you or not. That's the way it should be, so you don't waste his time, or yours!

After being turned down twice for SSI even though I have a brain tumor David was able to get me approved in court. In my opinion he is the best disability attorney in WNC. If you are really unable to work he is your best bet.

David worked diligently to help my husband get his disability. His staff was always courteous and helpful every time we called. David explained exactly what we needed to do, what we could expect, and helped us every step of the way.
