The firm offers a complimentary 15-minute consultation and attorney Holly Fairbairn called me back. In the time that we spoke, it became highly evident to me that she is an excellent listener with expertise in her area of specialization. The practice of law is extremely complex and when problems arise, people need not only someone with experience who is highly knowledgeable but also someone who will put passion into a case. I would highly recommend her.

Holly is amazing! Holly and Heather go beyond the call of duty. The Judge told me they turned in over 1000 pages on behalf. Good luck finding another attorney that tries as hard as they do. She is extremely nice and gave me helpful information on matters to help me with my other problems that I have. Wish I could give more stars. I had applied for disability several years ago and was denied because of income of my husband. I called to ask a couple of questions and was given a lecture for not hiring them first, which I would be happy to do as a consult, but was instead felt I was talked down to because I hadn't pursued it after first denial. I understand their position but the last thing someone who is in pain and who has been productive all of their lives and feels horrible even asking for help needs. A little bit more understanding or just saying you need to come in for a consult would have been much better than a lecture and a talking down to. We certainly don't need that. Maybe just a bad day for that person. Anyone having to apply for assistance knows about bad days. We have them sometimes every mi nute of every day. I am sure they are good lawyers but I will not be using them or recommending them because of this.
