I can't thank Holly Fairbairn enough she has helped me twice. Once in 2013 and again in 2022. She is very professional and also very caring and her staff is always there to help. I would highly recommend her . She helped me get my disability and when i had issue after being removed after 10 years of being on she helped me to get it back. Thank you for everything and being so helpful .

That said, here's my review: Holly Fairbairn helped me with my disability case twice, first in 2008, and again in 2020. She and her office were very effective, explaining what was going on, helping me navigate the system, and overcoming initial denials of my unusual case. Her office has always been prompt and responsive, and helped nudge me as needed to keep things moving along. I've also found her to be compassionate and kind, a great quality when dealing with people with disabilities. Early on when agreeing to represent me, Holly simply believed me, which was very important to me, honestly. Her fees are contingent on winning the case, are clear upfront, and are very reasonable. I can highly recommend her without any hesitation. To Holly and everyone at her office, thank you again for all of your help.

I have very mixed feelings. I went in for a meeting to fill out paperwork for my case. I feel I am having to do everything on my own and when I called to see what the next steps where the person on the phone gave me false information on my case. Someone I know has also had bad experiences with there case as well. I felt that chitwood did her job well and was nice but once my case got passed on to I believe Holly everything fell apart and caused a lot of issues I'm stilling having to deal with 3 months later.
