I called the phone number and was shocked when Mr. LeJune answered the call himself ! I had questions about an injury my daughter received at a camp ground in North Carolina. Mr. LeJune spent 20 minutes with me on the phone explaining North Carolina laws regarding personal injury lawsuits. He was kind, informative and very helpful. I've been a writer for 36 years and stumbled across Dana with a copyright infringement issue.
With 18 books, 60+ editions and many foreign languages ... you can guess I've dealt with a lot of lawyers over the years. After all this time, I cant say that I'm enamored of the species.
Despite this, Dana LaJeune is different, he listens and responds in a timely manner and can address complex issues simply and succinctly. If I'd run into Dana thirty years ago I'm pretty sure I'd own my own Virgin Island by now.

I needed specific legal advice on a copyright issue with and contacted Mr LeJune. He responded quickly, thoughtfully and thoroughly and is my go to person for such legal issues. In my case he reviewed images for copyright infringement and addressed my concerns about wording in a contract regarding these issues. I can not tell you how helpful he was in all matters. He immediately confirmed my fears about the contract from a legal standpoint and addressed thoroughly the images and any possible infringement. I will return to him again.

Mr. LeJune was very helpful in explaining our options after we were defrauded by one Martin Birenbaum of Home and Property Improvements LTD, and Black Bear Log Homes In Rutherfordton County N.C.. We facilitated a $15,000. loan for 90 days and still owed $11,500. more than a year later ignoring al inquiries and phone calls for repayment.
