Got a speeding ticket in a trap right where the limit dropped from 70 to 55. They were set up right after the 55 mph sign in Asheville. I was traveling through and had no issues in any other location all the way from from Wisconsin to North Carolina. Luckily I got great service from Hartley Law in resolution of this matter. I highly recommend them for any out of state travelers that get ambushed by the Road Pirates around Asheville.

Did not explain what they meant by improper equipment. I had to questioned more than once. Finally an assistant of my lawyer beat around the bush. I still am not sure but sO think they said my speedometer was broken.

Smoothly handled a citation for failing to yield right of way on a left turn into traffic near a badly designed intersection where oncoming traffic not visible until only a few car lengths away.

Hate getting a speeding ticket on the way to work in the morning. I've gotten one two years in a row in the Spring. These folks know what to do. Best money I've ever spent. Saved a ton in insurance rakes alone. And I never even had to go to court. Win win!
