My review is posting as Joyce Baird (my wife who has a google account and for some reason won't let my name come up)...I (John Middleton) had a lead foot on I-40 through Buncombe county a few weeks ago..86 in 60....Talking and listening to music vs paying attention to my speed resulting in the NC SHP issuing a ticket....My court date was today and Attorney Meg Westall was successful in getting my infraction reduced to 9 over and no insurance increase...Plus a very minimal court cost! Hatley Law Firm came highly recommended and boy am I glad I listened! I HIGHLY recommend this firm!!

Hatley Law Firm (Atty Westall) handled my case expertly and successfully. I was ticketed for speeding while coming down a large mountain grade in Madison County. They helped me achieve the best result possible. Additionally, since I live many miles from the Madison County courthouse, having an attorney represent me negated the need for a long road trip to the courthouse and likely overnight stay expenses.

Ticket: expired inspection and 15 over 65 speed limit. Outcome: no points and nothing but some court costs. I have gone to these people since I was a Teenager. I have had a wide range of issues: expired license, 15 over the speed limit (twice.), expired inspection, so on so forth. ALL times they took care of me. They will call you actively and email you SO CHECK YOUR EMAILS. Besides that, yet again, the best price possible and the best outcomes possible every time. I REALLY love that they are offering a realistic price for those who do not have $500 to drop on a traffic ticket. Hero of the day award goes to these guys. I appreciate how they integrate realistic resources and the internet to branching out their business as well. Not many lawyers are doing that and I imagine that's why these guys are ever growing in business.
