Great law firm. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and took care of the traffic ticket in two days. They were also at least $100 less expensive than the other law firms I had called. They definitely deserve their five star rating!

I was in AWE at the results. The staff was amazing, with excellent customer service. I had a careless driving ticket that got greatly reduced. I didn't have to go to court, and I ended up not having to pay any fees. I am so grateful for them. Wow, what a service. I called two other companies, and they were difficult to work with and wanted more money. These guys are the best, choose them for your law firm to represent you, you will be happy you did!

After calling like 5 or 6 places that offered me ridiculous prices I came across these guys for a price that was so good I didn’t believe it at first but I decided to give them a try and was honestly happy with the result and it was for such a reasonable price, I would definitely recommend these guys

Got a ticket because i rear ended someone and i did not feel like trying to take care of it myself. Got an advertisement from iTicket law and since the price was lower than the court cost, i decided to give it a try. I did 90% of it all online/thru email. Only reason im giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was apparently some mix up when i gave them my letter from the insurance company accepting liability. I originally got an email saying it wasnt acceptable, then got another stating it was fine. Fast foward a few weeks and i get another email an a missed call asking to resend an acceptable liability letter. We played phone tag for a while and i finally spoke with someone after talking with my insurance who stated that they couldnt give me anything but that letter due to the statue of limitations. The person i spoke with said what exactly i needed and that he would make a note to continue my case. I have yet to have a chance to call my insurance again and my original court date was today. I get an email stating the case was closed today so im assuming the letter i sent was in fact ok. Aside from that it was a very easy and quick proccess and i didnt have to do much!

This firm was excellent and resolved my issue quickly and efficiently. Regardless of the different people involved I never had to explain my situatin twice, they were polite in reminding me of deadlines, they found the best resolution for me and resolved everything with minimal time from me. Great team!

Fast, easy to work with. Followed through was great and they were spot on with what they thought they could provide. Will use as representation again if i ever need it in NC. Thank you all.
