Unreliable and unprofessional in scheduling and keeping appointments
“She saw him once and talked to him one other time. On Friday she said she would see him Saturday. On Saturday she said she couldn't see him because she needed to spend time with her family. She agreed to see him Sunday morning at 11:00 and then texted my wife (in another state) an hour before the appointment saying she couldn't come and to call her next week.”
