Jody was quick to answer any questions I had and was on top of communication with me, this is very important when dealing with an already stressful event. He was very professional and courteous. He took care of my speeding ticket and I referred him to my mother who got a ticket a month or two after I did. She is also having a pleasant experience with him. I highly recommend Jody Lanier for all traffic court related matters.

I got a speeding ticket in Buncombe County while on a visit with family and was happy not to have to attend court or worry due to Jody’s help. He had my ticket reduced with no points on my license and was extremely helpful and quick getting me the information I needed.

Incredibly unprofessional and very arrogant, he never let me speak on the one call we had! I was called a scammer for asking for an invoice of his pricing and was told I was “wasting his time” if I knew I wasn’t going to hire him on the spot. I’m glad I never hired him.

5 stars! Easy to hire (can do everything via email) and appeared in court for me so I didn’t have to travel back to Asheville. He mentioned McDowell county was pretty strict, but he managed to get my work zone speeding citation reduced to improper equipment. Absolutely worth it to minimize or avoid the points on your license and increased insurance costs

Jody was available for an unplanned phone consult and took the time to understand my legal situation and offer professional advice even though I was not a current client. He was very personable and I was planning on moving my case from my existing attorney over to him if needed. I can see why he has such a high rating just from the one phone conversation I had with him. Highly recommend!

Emailed my ticket. Got a response same day and phone call. He was confident, told me what he would do for me. Followed up the day before court to touch base. Day of court I got an email from him that it had been dropped to improper equipment. Doesn’t get much more easier than that. Professional and fast
