Our realtor was Josh Case, honestly such an amazing and experience especially for first time home buyers in Asheville. Josh explained everything and showed us great properties and would always answer his phone whenever we had questions. Truly he has been excellent and made the moving experience so much easier.

Great experience for the sale of my home and recent purchase of new home. Carson Anderson was an excellent buyers agent who was professional attentive and always available to assist. Would recommend his service for anyone looking to purchase a new home.

Their website is far more superior to to any other real estate site in the market. This is the only site you need to visit when looking for real estate.

We have bought two properties with Tyler Mellor, an agent at Powerhouse Realty, and he is the best. 1) Super communicative. Always picks up the phone to answer questions. 2) Great at connecting us to other suppliers. We have used both a mortgage broker and home insurance broker that we’re referrals from Tyler and both have been great. 3) He goes above and beyond. We are out of state buyers and he has always made an effort to send us all the pics, and videos, and go to appointments that we can’t be at and make it happen. He’s super polite and if we need an agent for ourselves or a referral it’s always Tyler.
