We’ve worked with Micah Solomon on multiple occasions and I don’t think you’ll find a better realtor. Micah is super knowledgeable not only in real estate transactions but he really knows houses, too. He pays attention to details and he really cared about our situation. Micah Solomon sold our home in Black Mountain and did an excellent job. He recommended some updates and staging that made our house more appealing and got us a better price. He was very low key and extremely client-focused. He was knowledgeable about the area and other listings so he was able to answer questions of potential buyers. We listed our home on a Thursday morning and had two offers by the weekend. We did not accept one and the other fell through.
