Jody got my Asheville/Buncombe area ticket dismissed exactly one day after I retained him. I have never encountered a lawyer who is so directly accessible by phone, much less who returns calls right away or follows up so quickly and faithfully. So relieved that we found him. If you are from out of state, he is the guy for the job! A real attorney who answered his own phone and promptly responded to messages. Handled the case in record time. Called one of those attorney mills with a call center in the area first and I am glad I went with Mr. Lanier. Pricing is better than the competition as well.

Jodi was great to speak with and did the best work with my speeding ticket. He had great follow through and communication before and after the court date. I do not live in the area, so he went to court and fixed everything for me! I would highly recommend going to him.

Had a great experience with Jody. It was my first speeding ticket in NC for going 80 in a 55 zone and he was able to get the entire ticket dismissed! No court appearance, no license suspension, no points or affect on insurance. Well worth the price! Hire this guy if you need any traffic help!
