Lakota made sure I was physically taken care of and in good health before we settled. That spoke volumes to me and I really enjoyed the fact that he listened to my preferences of physical therapy over a chiropractor. He had a solid recommendation for physical therapy and gave me awesome tips to expand my insurance coverage by a few dollars. Overall fantastic experience.

If anything can go sideways, be atypical or oddball... it seems like it will happen to me. True to form, several legal obstacles cropped up... even though I was not at fault in the accident. Jenny takes ownership of your problems. Like a dog with a bone, they will relentlessly work to resolve issues in your favor. Lakota and Jenny make you feel like family, as if you are their primary concern. PS: Lakota: Jenny deserves a raise!

Lakota Denton is absolutely the best to work with in Asheville! I got (my first) speeding ticket, and was told by officer to 'go to court' and they will knock down the cost. Lakota calmed me gently, informed me regarding the legalities and potential insurance fallout, took the matter from my hands, and dealt with it successfully without my having to worry OR go to court. I did worry, of course, and he was calming throughout. A great office to work with; 6 stars.
