I had a consultation appointment with Marion Parsons. She was in court when I arrived to my appointment and I was told she would only be a few minutes late. 20 minutes later her secretary came out and told me I should do my intake with someone else in the office. I had not yet decided if I wanted to use Ms. Parsons and wanted to meet her before making the decision to hire her. Since I had already paid my $250 consultation fee, I told her I would wait for her since I drove almost an hour to get there. After waiting roughly 50 minutes the secretary came out again and told me I could either meet with someone else or reschedule. At that point, I asked if I had to reschedule if I could pay half on the consultation since I drove and hour, waited and hour, and was going to have to drive back an hour just to do it all again another day. To me, that seemed fair. Her secretary asked, and Ms. Parsons said I had to pay full price, meet another day, or meet with someone else. I got a full refund and went with another firm. Seems like a small consultation discount would have paid off in the end for her to gain the case. Maybe she just doesn't need the business? I would not recommend this lawyer.

Very corrupt, mouthy and incompetent lawyer with no ethics.

She has not been able to help me with an acceptable out come in my case and its often hard to reach her on phone or in person!

My boyfriend had her and she didn't know what she was doing she would just go with lawyer in the court room she don't know what she's doing at all am not trying to be mean I just stating a fact
