Nick white is a bad attorney. His method of generating bills is to churn a case over and over, get several court delays, blame the defendants attorney for his delays and basically get nothing resolved. I retained him for a complaint against a contractor. He took $5000 retainer and used it all up before even sending the complaint to defendent. He has inexperienced office staff writing legal complaint. All I paid $5000 for was keeping office staff busy.

Needed a good lawyer for a family member who had found themselves crosswise with the local legal system. He was tireless and thorough and definitive and compassionate. I highly recommend Thomas Amburgey if you are in need of criminal legal representation. He and his staff communicated with us clearly and timely, he took the time to discuss possible outcomes and his expectations for the course of the case, and was extremely professional and personable.
