Called about issues with a landlord. Gave the volunteer every detail I had which included dates and specifically what happened. Also had proof via video footage in my house. The man was very rude and argued with me that there was nothing they could do. All I wanted was legal advice so we could determine what was wrong vs what wasn’t since I’ve never been through this situation and he couldn’t even provide that. I’ve heard nothing but good about Pisgah Legal so I’m hoping this was just a “bad apple.”
