This place is an amazing resource and I am so grateful I was referred here. I was having trouble applying for health insurance and they helped me out tremendously! Without their help, I would be risking another year without Health insurance.

A great legal resource for Buncombe County; although they can be incredibly difficult to get connected with, especially on the phone. Personal experience through clients has been mixed.

Pisgah Legal services provides a very valuable and affordable (free) set of legal services to the citizens of Western NC. They can be challenging to get in touch with. I presume because they stay quite busy. However, their services are invaluable and their guidance direct and in language easily understood.

Smug and condescending. Don't know who they help but they sure didn't help me. And were weirdly dismissive of a problem that I'm sure affects a lot of people...the ncdmv and it's mystery fees/extortion. "Good luck, we aren't gonna help you" were the parting words.
