Lack of communication and responsiveness
“I dont usually write less than positive reviews but being an attorney is a special social responsibility I would highly recommend you choose a different firm. The lack of promptness at this firm and lack of ability to communicate is so poor it may actually rise to a rules violation of 0.1.4 of the NC State Bar”

Inconsistent and rude behavior from lawyers
“Was told to write a check for a certain amount by Mr Johnson and when we got to the closing was told I brought to much money by the younger lawyer. He was very rude and acted as if it was my fault. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. The lawyers apparently do not communicate or do the same procedures for closings. The young lawyer was also very rude when he called for us to meet him at the courthouse. He said we had better hurry because he was getting ready to leave.”
