Attentive and smart.

Wendy A Craig, Pa. is the Elder law firm I refer my friends and family to, because they are the best. My experience with them has been that they went above and beyond, and exceeded my expectations in everything they worked on for me. Once I realized how good they were, I knew I could leave my affairs in their hands, and not have to concern myself about anything. I was looking for a lawyer after the passing of my Mother. Walton returned my call roughly 7 hours later telling me he couldn't take on anyone as he was just too busy. I said I understood, but can I ask you 1 question on if my siblings could not inform me on my Mother's will. He said I'm just too busy. I said again I understand, but it's a very quick question. He said NO I can't answer any question. And kept talking, but being that I am grieving the very resent passing of my Mother I wasn't wanting to hear anymore BS from an uncaring person. Maybe someone that deals with this kind of law could in the future show just the slightest bit of compassion.

I do NOT recommend Mr. Davis' services. The family used him as prescribed by a relative for probate. Multiple errors. When asked about the issues, he promptly quit after charging the estate thousands of dollars. I had to finish the probate work myself. Filed complaint with the local bar assocation.

Walton Davis is an excellent lawyer. He is the estate planning attorney for my family, and I enthusiastically recommend him to anyone looking for a smart, efficient, and reasonably-priced lawyer to help with estate planning (making a will or creating a trust) or to handle the administration of an estate (probate).
