I am so thankful for Jenifer McCrea. She has been there through the early phases of my tbi and dealt with my crying and confusion and has explained things for me. She pushed to make my life better and knew how much my child meant to me. Having her represent me, has made me feel much better, She initially helped me with a no contact order and I feel helped lift a long isolation after the hospital by fighting to help me see my partner once again after months. She then helped me with what meant most to me in the world— and I can’t thank her enough. I’m more than pleased that she listened and fought for my family. I can’t thank her enough for not just representing me, but genuinely caring and pushing how she has. Her knowledge and expertise have helped someone who doesn’t know the law and when I say I will finally sleep well for the first time since my accident, I mean every single word. Thank you for giving me peace and helping me when I felt no one understood, because not only did she help in legal ways, but A LOT with my mental health by helping a depression I have had since this whole incident. I highly recommend her!!

She is an amazing lawyer. I would recommend her for any person who needs advocate for parents. She is very kind, dedicated, and seemed completely invested in helping me in my family matter. She is a very intelligent woman.

No wonder she acts like she doesn't know what she's doing up there. She has done nothing I asked for her to do as far as getting my daughter back. She never subpoenaed anyone that I asked her asked for Court. I then get agitated because she missed calendar call which push my court date back even further. She has been absolutely no help at all. She does what she wants on her and time

Jennifer failed to answer interrogatories and motion to compel in my case causing me to lose when the defendant’s attorney filed for summary judgement, which she also ignored until the day of the case. I was unaware of these requests.

Ms.Mccrea fought really hard on my case from the second she entered my case! I hadn’t even met her yet and I already knew that she was the right one for me. Dedicated and motivated doesn’t even express how hard she worked on my behalf. You could never go wrong by hiring Ms.Mccrea as your attorney.

Approached me with solutions before I even explained in detail my concerns for proper guidance when it comes to resources to better our youths future, much less our own. I wasn't even listening to what Ms. Jen had even said bc I was overwhelmed with the CPS resource department's incompetence to accept my continuing efforts for assistance. I was literally about to flip out but Ms. Jen advised me that that decision would not help or honor my sense of self control. She is a fast process analysist to any and all situations.

(Child support) I can’t say enough about the services that were provided to me, it felt as if this was all on a personal level of care of my situation yet I’d never even met Jenifer face to face due to Covid-19 until the day of court. She went above and beyond for my matter, from 30+min phone calls with my concerns, helping when I had no transportation to get to court in the case of keeping me out of jail. Every document she asked for I got it for her and she was extremely informative of the process and what needed to be done, she was organized beyond belief though I wasn’t her only client that day. I have spent over $25,000 in lawyer fees over the years fighting and to only receive service like I was just another person to hand over a check and get no service that cared about me nor my situation in the least bit. I was finally Down and out struggling financially Jenifer was appointed to me and ended up being my savior not only that she was also very kind in her words of positivity with my situation and was always there to give endless advise though I know she didn’t have to at all. Unfortunately my case is from another state or I would do everything I can to hire Jenifer full time. I want to thank you and even those words aren’t enough for the success and care you proved me.

Jenifer McCrea is a wealth of knowledge on numerous legal topics. We have consulted with her on numerous occasions on general practice topics.
