Needed 401k document reviewed in order to receive funds from ex-spouse. This lawyer did not catch errors. Now I am left without any money, because my is held up in the legal department of 401 k company. Sadly, most divorce lawyers in Albemarle seem to be incompetent, so this is the best you can do, here!!!
