He was patient and answered our questions, addressed our concerns and eased our fears. His expertise was evident. I feel he cared about our daughter and seeking justice for her. While I hope to never be in a position to need his services again, I would be glad to work with him again and would recommend to others.

I just completed an extensive case with Whitfield-Cargile Law. I find them to be incredibly professional, honest and upfront (perhaps rare for attorneys), thorough, respectful, and skilled at their work. Absolutely no bill padding- it was interesting to see that the opposing party had spent more than double in attorney's fees, they do what is necessary but not excessive. I was given a very realistic overview of my case as to what to expect and in the end, they were very accurate. I highly recommend both Davis and Sam. Hopefully I will not require their services again, but if I do, I will call them without hesitation!

And the attorney’s are great for finding problems with title’s from past closings and making sure they are corrected and closed properly. They also go the extra mile to make the closings go as smooth as possible. Highly recommend using this law firm.
