A week after getting his license, my son was charged with 50/35, reckless driving and violation of passenger restriction in Surf City. A friend referred me to Rhett Pollock. Mr. Pollock returned my call quickly and listened to the details of the charges. After a brief discussion he said he would get the charges dismissed and we wouldn't need to come to court. I was shocked. That seemed like an outrageous claim. I said ok, but how much is this going to cost? His fee was a quarter of what I expected. Sure enough, court was yesterday, I just got a letter from Pollocks office confirming that all charges were dismissed and the previously stated fee was acceptable. No fines or penalties. CALL Rhett!!
