Heather Sivaraman handled all my immigration needs from J-1 visa to green card. I was very impressed by her professionalism from day one. She (and Jing Huang) made the whole process very smooth. She was very knowledgeable, gave necessary information in a timely manner, and was available to answer questions. I highly recommend Heather and Jing.

I highly recommend Heather Immigration Law. They helped me to get my Work visa and then to get my Green card through marriage. Mrs. Heather and Mrs. Jing Huang are amazing attorneys. They are available all the time, answering questions or even giving you advice or just positive vibes and supportive comments. I remember the day that my work visa was denied, Mrs. Heather called me and told me not to give up that she will fight for my case, all I needed was to say “yes” so she could refile my case. Sivaraman Immigration Law made my green card processing less stressful. I did not expect the process to take less than 2 years from filing the PERM up to the interview (EB-3). I even remember how Atty. Sivaraman took time to personally make time to meet me in my work place to give an overview of how the process would take. She and her co-attorney, Atty. Huang both have attention to detail and very thorough in doing the paperwork and always on time in updating me regarding any movement in my application. It is so wonderful that this whole process got approved faster than I have anticipated! Now, better opportunities are opened for me and my whole family.

I have been working with Ms Sivaraman for last 4 years and today i received my green card. Very proactive, knowledgeable, "very very approachable" personality. Never got RFE for incomplete application. Strongly Recommend her for someone in my situation(IMG with J1 visa).

I happened to call around lawyers from a search list on Avvo. Heather Sivaraman is one of few lawyers who are honest enough to actually talk to you without paying $150 first. (Even though lot of lawyers on Avvo say they offer free consultation. The do not. They are gaming the system.) I found Ms Sivaraman to be is very approachable, kind, sincere and talk from her heart. She listened to my immigration matter and offered me a solution. She laid it out for me my options of doing it myself or hiring her and the pros & cons of both. She also offered very reasonable fees when compared to others. While I would have definitely hired her as my lawyer, for the peace of mind she could have brought to my issue, after checking into my bank account I realized that I can only afford free legal aid. Yet I recommend her for anyone looking for a sincere and a decent lawyer.
