I met J. Duffy Palmer in 2018 and was impressed by his introduction to and explanation of how the processes are handled in the legal system when a person passes or is incapacitated. I signed on with Mr. Palmer and began the process of getting my life in order. I've had several changes to the documents in the 3 years since, and each time I contact him he responds in a timely manner. When I've had questions on buying and selling a new home, he is there to help with the title work. I have a Revocable Living Trust along with Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney and other related documents. The big-ticket items such as my home and truck are listed in the name of my Trust. Mr. Palmer is very professional, patient and thorough. I am very comfortable knowing that if ever the need arises, I have the documents in place that can assist with carrying out my wishes. I'm expecting this relationship to be a long term relationship. I made a wise choice when I engaged Mr. Palmer to handle the legal aspects of my life.
