We had a great experience with the whole team at Law Offices of Amy Whinery Osborne for our Will. We had lot of questions and had to go back and forth to decide on what exactly we need. The whole team was very patient and responded well to all our queries. And on the day of our signing, Ms. Vishnoi explained to us clearly about each and every document, let us read through all of the documents, helped us understand the benefits of each document and let us make our own decision and did not at any point of time rush us. Highly recommend their services.

Horrible experience. Got them through MetLife legal insurance.The person who setup my appointment did not mention anything about the pre-requisites before the appointment.Appointment request came as a google calendar invite, there were no emails about the appointment.Kind of made me little curious in the sense , did not know what to expect at the appointment. But, we had to leave for a 10 days Family trip, so did not follow up with them. On the day of the appointment , just hour and half before, I receive a cancellation of the appointment in my inbox. Tried to reach out to them but found they open at 1pm EST. Somehow got hold of a person, they mentioned someone will get back to me soon. In meantime, I figure out that the pre-requisites details were embedded in the Google Calendar invite. No reminder at all so far. Some lady named Jennifer called me. I asked her what was the reason, she told me pre-requisites were not met. I told her, I only found them in the calendar invite few minutes back and asked her to give an appointment at a later date once I finish all the pre-requisites. She told me , I can never get another appointment with them now. I was appalled, have never seen anything like this in United States so far. Just to make sure, I heard her right, I tried to confirm with ther about what she said but she started talking very rudely and not even listen to me at all and kept the phone. I have never had any experience like this so far in United States with respect to any appointment so far. Not sure what to make out of this experience. I am just taking it positively by telling myself that may be it was not meant to be done by Amy Osbourne Law Office.
