I see complaints of attorneys not responding to their clients, not the case with this office. I had multiple questions and they were answered in a timely manner. I really lucked out when I chose Sasser Law firm for my bankruptcy. I have known a few people that have went through the process and feel I received more helpful advice. I was hesitant to file bankruptcy but had followed some of their suggestions after my initial consultation when I was hit with another judgement, after helping me fill out the paperwork to protect my assets, they looked over my file again and I decided to go ahead with the bankruptcy. Where I really saw the difference in lawyers was during the meetings with the trustee. I felt that my interests were represented better than most of the people that went through the process that day. Since then I have had a few questions come up and have received a detailed response within a business day.

I met Travis due to an issue that arose while trying to sell my house and having judgments show on the title, which should of been taken care of when we filed Chapter 7 with a different attorney, who is no longer practicing. Travis has helped me tremendously with answering questions that I have had regarding this matter. He has gone over and beyond with contacting my closing attorney with handling the issues on the title. Again, Travis has gone over and beyond with helping me and I will scream it from the roof, he is an exceptional and ordinary attorney. Atty Sasser was amazing, mindful, took his time in helping us with our questions. He never rushed us and was truly very helpful. He went over different aspects of filing Chapter 7 and Chapter 13. Usually it is tough to find a decent lawyer who doesn't either rush a client, or pass them off to a paralegal or intake secretary. I was truly amazed at the courtesy and attention he gave us.
