We needed some last minute consulting on a new house we were buying/building in a planned 55+ NC community (we live out of state, moving to NC). A friend of a relative recommended Beth. Within 2 days of contacting her, we had a conference call scheduled. We spoke for almost 30 minutes and she very clearly and kindly answered all our concerns/questions and then when I asked what we owed her, she said nothing, she was happy to help!

Why do you sign your letters "very truly yours"? That is unprofessional. Your clients are not your lovers. "With kind regards" would have been enough. Just weird.
