I have the greatest respect for Mr. Daugherty. He is extremely knowledgeable about employment law. He was wonderful to work with; kind, understanding, patient and was excellent at explaining what I needed to know and what I needed to do. I believe this comes from his commitment to enforce what he called "the easiest laws to comply with". Rich will provide you with support and understanding. You will get to do "homework" for him to reach a successful resolution of your case together! It was really a pleasure working with him and I enjoyed experiencing the ethical standards he applies in his practice. I highly recommend him and give him an A+++++.
