Attorney Daugherty answered the phone , which is an anomaly, and proceeded to help me by offering suggestions and detailed steps I should take to move forward with my claim / case even though he didn’t think he had time to take on my case. He is passionate , straightforward and I felt genuinely concerned about the rights of employees wronged by their employers.
