I met Rich when a friend was struggling with an employment issue and thought I could recommend an appropriate attorney. I had heard several positive things about Rich so I passed his name and number along. First, I was so impressed that he got back to my friend immediately. The few other attorneys she reached out to waited several days to respond. I sat in on her first meeting with Rich and I was also impressed with his approach. He walked us through a process to help clarify the situation and organize our thoughts and responses. Rich knows how to get right to the point and helps clients do the same so they will be heard. He understands that clients are nervous and he diffuses that by extracting relevant information and focusing on the solution rather than the problem. My experience with him was positive; I was impressed with his energy and his ability to listen and get to the heart of the matter so a strategy could be formed.
