They did a great job of handling my court case and disclosed how to best proceed and made me aware and I was able to give them copies of my documents and handled it professionally and helped with the upmost respect dealing with a civil matter and made me aware of rights . Professional, legit, and convenient. I was pulled over on a road trip coming from a few states away, and I was initially stressed about finding a reliable lawyer from another state. After doing some research, I found iTicket but was skeptical at first because all the positive reviews seemed too good to be true. Once I understood how they operate, I realized it was similar to the way my college's student legal team operated - You get a lawyer assigned to your case, they work on it, represent you in court, and let you know of the outcome, all virtually. It turned out to actually be that easy, thanks to Attorney Westall. No points were added to my license or insurance, and my outcome was a lot less severe than it could have been. This is my first ticket, so I wasn't sure how much average fees would be, but I would imagine this was a cost-efficient option given the convenience and insurance being unaffected. Case closed with no stress. I recommend iTicket for any traffic cases!
