To me, their greatest selling point is their communications. they email every and any time they have info or they need info from you. I had the unfortunate displeasure of getting pulled over for speeding, while being from out of state. iTicket.Law by Hatley Law Firm was one of several law firms that reached out to me for representation. I went with them because of their efficiency in responding, and fair and honest handling of my case. They communicated effectively via emails and text, as well as directly to their offices. I was always kept abreast of the updates with my case, and felt secure in knowing that they would work to secure the best results-- which they did! I won't go into the details but I walked away with nary a tarnish on my record, and minimal fees paid. All this while never having to go back and forth and spending way more money than I needed to. I trusted the attorney's to represent me, followed their necessary instructions and got more bang for my buck for wildly inappropriate misjudgement in driving. Excellent service, they took care of everything very quickly and conveniently. In all fairness, it was my first ticket ever, so I've no frame of reference for comparison, but the whole process was simple and headache-free. Plus, the price seemed quite decent (although, again, I have nothing to compare it to). All in all, I highly recommend this service.
